Another of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, spoke up, "Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?"

Mission
Share Emmanuel Foundation is a nonprofit Christian organization in Ghana, Africa founded by Emmanuel Swanzy and his wife, Victoria. Share Emmanuel Foundation exists to provide limited housing and the highest quality education available for “street children” and abused children from Africa to positively impact their community and change their world.
Vision
The Vision of the Share Emmanuel Foundation school is to graduate students who impact their community, and the world, as learned servants for God’s glory. A large part of the mission of Share Emmanuel Foundation is to designate 60% of the space in the school for children that can not otherwise afford an education. We will initially provide two bedrooms for children and one for a pair of foster parents to house and care for children that have no home. The ability and space to care for these homeless, parentless children will grow as facilities grow.
Our curriculum will emphasize a biblical worldview that translates into life-changing convictions. Excellence will be pursued in all aspects of the school’s life. The educational center will comprise of comprehensive
facilities that foster a stimulating and friendly environment, while empowering young people to make life-choices that will glorify the Lord.
Share Emmanuel Foundation's target audience is among the youth of West Africa: street children and orphans.
The school will also provide an economic impact to Sub-Saharan West Africa by creating opportunities for employment. One fruit of the ministry will be an empowered workforce who can change and shift global markets and cultural paradigms. In other words, we are building an ever-evolving curriculum that will keep our students relevant to the changing world.
Goals
Share Emmanuel Foundation's goal is to change the world with one random act of kindness at a time through our students, teachers and partners, by showing them Christ-like behavior and practices. When in full operation, we anticipate 1,000-1,500 students, from Pre-school to Senior High School and college will be enrolled in the academies. Priority will be given to the most needy and motivated deprived students.
Action Plan
Phase one: Identify core program academies for phase one site development and construction, while creating job-training positions in fields such as construction, transportation and food service. We will build the campus through the efforts of these newly trained laborers. This will initiate the development of the Share Emmanuel Foundation facilities which will include space for a few street children and a pair of foster parents to live in the building to care for their daily needs. Bedrooms for the children will consist of two bunk beds.
The building will include a cafeteria and kitchen.
Property has been acquired and is ready for phase one construction in 2008. First phase budget development and a timeline for years one, two and three will be firmed up by the 4th quarter of 2007. A flow chart for the student selection process will be developed to show how students will be selected for entry in to the academies. Drug screening, academic assessments and career counseling will be available to assure that the most motivated students are chosen and will succeed. In this phase, we will identify, hire and train instructors for these initial programs. This will include administration and support staff selection and training.
Phase two: With continuous evaluation and feedback from supporters, Share Emmanuel Foundation will
improve the program and identify the next level of needs. Such examples as our Christian centered University health care, manufacturing, college preparatory programs and anything else identified as the greatest need for the area. Sponsorship of individual academies will be welcomed. Potential employers will also be welcomed in the design and development process. Testimony (Street Children in Ghana):

One child's story
(name changed to protect the child)
“Akosua” was to become a street child when I met her. Her father had died roughly three years ago, and she was living with her mother (single parent) who was unemployed. “Akosua” had then passed her junior high school examination, with very good grades, and could enter a senior high school. Her mother struggled to see her through the junior high school. She had to hawk food-stuff, like plantain, cassava, and cocoyam every morning to supplement her mother’s efforts to see her through that level of her education.
Even though “Akosua” received good grades, there was no way she was going to continue with her education due to financial problems in the home. Also as she advanced in age, with her younger siblings also growing,
her needs and those of the family were mounting. She therefore had to find means of fending for herself. Fortunately for her, I met her at the time and she told me of her plight, and her resolve not to turn to the street to “beg” for her daily needs, as she was aware of the consequences. My family then thought about her plight and decided that, even though we do not have that much, we would take care of the financial needs for her high school education. This we did, and we are happy to say that by the grace of God, “Akosua” is now an undergraduate of one of the universities in Ghana.
